Saw (Ø 600) is used to cut all aluminium profiles, boxes and casing used in the manufacture of exterior roller blinds. The saw has a dedicated set of roller conveyors with dimensions: feed – 3000 mm, receipt with a bumper – 4000 mm. It is possible to move the bumper manually (cutting length is measured using a ruler attached to the conveyor), or using a crank (length is displayed on a special display, optional).

We can also automate the process by installing a programmable electronic gauge on the touch panel. Another possibility is to make a fully automatic saw with components / material warehouse.

In the newer type saw, operator safety has been further improved by the use of a large guard. In addition, it is possible to equip the saw with automatic pneumatic clamps. All available versions are listed below:

A gauge is a mobile device that can be installed on many different workstations. It is used forme asuring the distance of the cut material. The gauge is available in 3 versions: manually moved, locked, with distance reading from the measuring tape; manually moved and locked, distance displayed on a digital display (measurement is carried out by means of magnetic strip with sensor); bumper with servo-motor drive, programmable from the touch panel. Depending on the needs of each manufacturer, it is possible to precisely measure the fabric to be cut.
]]>For exterior roller blinds it is possible to use testers with only vertical drive (option recommended especially for smaller manufacturers) or with vertical and horizontal drive. Both these options are marked in the version name as 1 – horizontal drive and 2 – vertical and horizontal drive.
This tester is designed for testing large and heavy exterior roller blinds and is a lower version of TR-A Universal SERWO: the height is powered by an electric geared motor and an encoder, controlled from the touch panel. Moreover the width distance between holders is set manually by the lift operator, while the clamps themselves are universal pneumatic clamps adjustable to many types of boxes. These holders make it easier to install the roller blinds on the tester and, to a greater extent than hand grips, ensure compatibility for newly manufactured boxes.
Version TR-A Max with universal holders, equipped with an additional drive which is responsible for extending the holders to the required width. The additional drive is powered by stepper motors with gearboxes.

This tester version combines TR-A Serwo reliability with the cost-effectiveness of lower versions. The servo motor provides dimensional reproducibility and faultless operation, while manual holder movement significantly reduces the price compared to the highest version.
Tester designed for large manufacturers. Horizontal control (the holders spread open automatically to the desired distance) and vertical control is carried out via the touch panel. The lift is equipped with pneumatic, universal holders, which make it easier to mount the roller blind on the lift and speed up production time. The work of the operator is limited to setting the dimensions of the roller blind and putting it on the grips. All drives are equipped with 3 servo motors, which provide an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm and regulate themselves, so there is no need to zero (reset) the machine during work.

It is also possible to use stepper motors on horizontal drives instead of servo motors. Drive responsible for vertical motion – servo motor. This is an option for people who need precise height measurement and cannot afford to spend their production time on zeroing the device every few, several cycles. It is a solution for companies requiring the highest version functionality, but looking for savings.

Due to the growing popularity of screens, we have introduced a tester to our offer that helps
verify screens. Most of the systems that we had the chance to test have a zip roller blind,
which has to be in the right place in relation to the guide. Hence a problem with mounting the
guide on the roller blind being tested. This problem becomes particularly troublesome when
the operator has to test a tall roller blind, e. g. a four-metre roller blind. We managed to solve
this problem by redesigning universal holders for exterior roller blinds. With the new holders
featuring a built-in guide, screen roller blind testing does not require any exceptional
capabilities from the operator. The TR-A Screen tester program works in the same way as
other exterior roller blind testers and, like in their case, 5 versions of this model are available.
You can choose between the number and type of drives used, which have a final effect on the
final price of the product.

Like most automated devices, the drill can be combined with the company’s production program by means of a scanner, label printer and customized software.

The width of the table is 3100 mm enabling the assembly of wide roller shutters. Under the table top of the outside tables shelves for toolboxes are provided. The table may feature some extra equipment allowing the shutter rollers to be fitted into frames with different connections, such as pneumatic, electric and for tool balancing devices.
