Stand for materials

In order to satisfy our customers, roller manufacturers offer a wide range of fabric s, we offer
textile racks and smaller racks for selected beams with fabric s that will be used for the
production on a given day. The stand can be positioned at the cutting table feeder and saves
time needed to move heavy rolls from the rack to the table. The size of the rack and rack
depends is entirely up to the customer. Both structures are steel and powder-coated. The stand
can be equipped with wheels with a brake for even easier transport of heavy materials.

Trolleys

We offer several types of trolleys, and we can produce any kind of special trolley to customer’s specifications.

Tool racks

To meet various expectations of different manufacturers, we can provide several different versions of racks for tools and components. At customer’s request the racks may also feature tool boxes as per customer’s specifications.

Interior roller blind racks and pleated blinds

Shelves for fabric roller blinds and pleated blinds are used to store finished products and/or components. The rack can be used to store produced roller blinds waiting for release or cut tubes, cassettes, necessary tools. The rack is available in two versions: fully finished shelves and in a version with arms covered with antistatic lining and shelves extending from the work tops in the middle part of the shelf. Both versions of the roller blinds shelves can be equipped with mobile wheels. The rack can be two-sided or one-sided.

Exterior roller shutter racks

External roller shutter racks are available in two versions: mobile on mobile wheels and free-standing. The racks are made of powder-coated steel profiles. The shelving rack arms are angled in relation to the frame and coated with an antistatic lining. As a result, neither the finished product nor the production components will be scratched. The mobile exterior roller shutter rack dimensions are 1000 x 2200 x 2500 mm, while the free-standing version of the rack is 1200 x 3700 x 2200 mm. The rack can be two-sided or one-sided.
